Guests ages 10 and above are invited to dine at this establishment.


Dinner jacket is required for gentlemen (tie optional) and dress or pants ensemble for ladies. Reservations required. Plan for 2 to 2½ hours dining time.

Cost is
$125/person, and $60/person for the wine pairings.


The menu changes daily, but here is a sample:


First Course – (Cold Appetizer) choice of Timbale of Jumbo Lump Crab and Dungeness Crab with Black Pearl Caviar, Applewood Smoked Buffalo “Waldorf”, or Iranian Osetra Cavier. The Iranian Cavier was $70.00 extra for ½ ounce.

Second Course – (Hot Appetizer) - choice of Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin and Belly with Serrano Ham or Nantucket Scallops.

Third Course – (Seafood) - choice of Virginia Black Bass with South Carolina Grit Cake or Carrot Ginger Cream with Saki Glazed Shrimp.

Fourth Course – (Entrée) - choice of (1) Petit Poulet with Black Truffles, (2)Medallions of Marcho Farm Veal with Laura Chenel Goat Cheese Gnocchi and Sweetbreads, (3)Grilled Prime Filet with Celery Root-Potato Puree, Braised Short Ribs and Oxtail Jus, and (4) Australian “Kobe” Beef Tenderloin.

Fifth Course – (Pre-Dessert) - Plant City Strawberry Sorbet with Micro Mint or Baked Seckle Pear with Gorgonzola Dolce.  Coffee is also brewed at the table.

6th Course – (Dessert) - Choice of Pyramid of Tanzanian Chocolate Mousse, Mango Charlotte, Hawaiian Kona Chocolate Soufflé, Caramelized Banana Gateau, Vanilla Bean Crème Brule, and Grand Marnier Soufflé.
