Boardwalk Villas
- Theme: Beach cottage, featuring soft pastel colors. The 532 villas
have shingled rooftops, private landscaped courtyards, and New England
style gardens.

- Studios have wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker. All
vacation homes except studios have fully equipped kitchens, laundry
facilities, wide-screen TVs, and VCRs. All units have French doors
that open onto small balconies.
