Former Info on E-Ride Nights:

Here are the rides that used to be open for E-Ride Night:  Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Buzz Lightyear, Pirates of the Caribbean, Country Bear Jamboree, Astro Orbiter

This is a separate ticketed event.  This is where if there is an E-Ride  night scheduled, and you have an E-Ride Night Ticket, you can remain in the Magic Kingdom for three hours after it officially closes and ride the nine most popular attractions.  There are also several shops and eateries open, and there are characters there too.  Buses are available to take you back to your Disney resort.

You must meet several conditions in order to purchase an E-Ride Night Ticket:  You must be staying in a Disney Resort (this includes the Swan and Dolphin Resorts, Shades of Green, Doubletree (near Downtown Disney), and Best Western Lake Buena Vista).  And you must have a multi-day pass (Annual Pass, Four through Seven Day Ticket, or Unlimited Magic Pass. The E-Ticket must be used in conjunction with a same-day multi-day pass admission to any of the Disney theme parks.  (If you are staying at Shades of Green, Doubletree or Best Western Lake Buena Vista - you can't buy your E-Ride night tickets there, you will have to either go to the nearest resort or purchase them at a theme park Guest Services window).

E-Ride Night Tickets are purchased at your resort, or at the parks.  If you plan to go to an E-Ride Night, buy your tickets as soon as you check in at your Disney hotel.  Adults are $12.72 each and children ages 3-9 are $10.60.  They sell a maximum of 5000 tickets to ensure that there are no crowds in the park.  

Open attractions are subject to change.  Occasionally, one of the offered rides will be closed.  Usually Disney will open another in its place.  If you see that one of the advertised rides is closed, ask a Cast Member if any others have been opened.  

To activate your E-Ride Night ticket - go to any of these locations after 4:00 pm to exchange your E-Ride Night ticket for a wristband:

In the Magic Kingdom:

• Tables are set up outside of City Hall on Main Street
• Splash Down Photos - Splash Mountain
• Tomorrowland Arcade next to Space Mountain

Cast Members will check for wristbands and allow only those guests on attractions once the Magic Kingdom E-Ride Night starts.

Some shops and food vendors are open during E-Ride.  The following were open during June 2, 2000 E-Ride:  

Main Street: Main Street Bake Shop, Casey's Corner, Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, Emporium.  Characters appeared near the castle.

Frontierland: Westward Ho Refreshments, Pecos Bill Cafe, Splashdown Photo.  Characters also sometimes appear in Frontierland.

Tomorrowland: The Lunching Pad, Merchants of Venus.

All of Fantasyland is closed during E-Ride and you will have to go around it rather than through it to access Frontierland from Tomorrowland and vice versa.
